Soccer Finale 2009
Below are some pictures of the Soccer Finale 2009, this was the wrap up to the soccer camp. Cook out, Games, Watermelon, Radar Gun, Great BCS Families, Exhibition Game. I didn’t give the awards out for the best passer, juggler, longest shot on goal, and dribbling. Katelyn G. won the longest shot on goal, best passer, and tied with Victoria D on the dribbling obstacle course. Josh H. won the juggling contest. Colby G. won the fastest leg speed. Kasey S. won the watermelon eating contest (See below LOL). Robbie S. scored the first goal in a game situation. There was many highlights. Bobby G. cooked some great hamburgers and hot dogs. It was great fun. Nice wrap up to some hardworking athletes. I forgot my camera, but thanks to Terrie P we have proof of this event.

First Regulation Soccer Goals at Byne
It was a prayer answered to see the goals up and set on the field. This was a key milestone at BCS. God is Great!!! There will be many firsts in this journey, but this one is sweet. It was a day before camp was over and the Soccer Finale, on June 23. Perfect timing! Thanks Epic Soccer .

Two Regulation Goals and Nets were purchased
The goals and nets were purchased today. This was the biggest hurdle for the soccer season. We were blessed to find some good deals on soccer goals. God is good. They should be here on June 22, the day before Soccer Camp concludes.
There is much more to pray for concerning the possibility using part of the 8 acres for a soccer field.

This is very exciting and the first soccer camp at BCS. It is for all students planning to go to BCS during the 2009-2010 school year. The focus will be on the fundamentals and techniques of soccer or the “small things”.
