Goal: Improve strength, technique, quickness, ball handling, and endurance.
Below is a daily individual workout for a soccer athlete. If you have questions you can email or call me. DO NOT attempt to do these exercises if you do not know the right technique. DO NOT over exert yourself. Bring yourself into the full routine over a week and build endurance. It is about a 1.5 hour exercise session.
If you have a sibling schedule workouts with them and use their steel to sharpen you. Invent competitions. Juggling competitions (i.e. play horse juggling). Always hold each other accountable for technique.
